Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is collected

We collect two types of information about our Website Users: Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Non- Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII).

Pii is information that identifies a specific End User. When you engage in certain activities on the Website, such as creating an account, username and password, ordering an E-Certificate from us, submitting content (written or video), requesting information about our services, applying for a job or signing up for offers from zootela’s merchant partners through the Website "pii activities", we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself such as your first and last name, mailing address (including zip code), email address, telephone number and date of birth. When you order E-Certificates, we will also ask you to provide us with your credit card number, expiration date and security codes or related information.

The information we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory, If you do not provide the mandatory information for a particular activity that requires it, you will not be permitted to engage in that activity.

If you choose to use our share a deal for a friend, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. Zootela stores this information for the purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

You may also be requested to provide a username and password for certain features. All of the personal information submitted by you will be maintained by Zootela.com in secured servers. Non-personally identifiable information may be collected when you visit many of our web pages.

Zootela reserve the right to disclose your pii as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

We share your information with our merchant partners for the purpose of redemption of your E-Certificate.

Use of collected personal information

Zootela.com may use information provided at registration or information obtained through third parties to offer better targeted products and services to you. We use targeting to customize and enhance your online experience on the site.

The use of information provided at registration or obtained through third parties will not be provided to advertisers or partners, except in aggregate form, unless you have consented to such use at registration. We sometimes use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design of our site and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience.

Zootela.com tracks certain general usage information, including what pages people visit and how long they have been registered users, for the purposes of system administration, site tracking and reporting of aggregate usage information to our marketing and product development teams.

Sharing of personal information

Zootela.com may provide advertisers and/or other partners with anonymous aggregated information about our users to illustrate trends and patterns. All third parties with whom we share such information will have independent privacy and data collection practices and Zootela.com has no responsibility or liability for their policies or actions.

We will never give out any information linking your real name to your screen name unless you authorize us to do so, or unless required to do so by law.

Zootela.com has several partners that can offer valuable products and services to our members. From time to time, Zootela.com may give or sell a list from our database of users to these third party vendors. These lists will consist of only those users that have "opted-in" to receiving special offers and promotions during the initial registration process. Zootela.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that every marketing offer sent to a Zootela.com user as a result of the provision of such information contains a link for the user to no longer receive such offers.

Minors under the age of 18 may not use the Website. TERMS OF USE

The Site provides an online service operated by Zootela on the Internet, consisting of services, content and transaction through Zootela or merchants offering E-Certificates for sale. E-Certificates may be exchanged for goods/services at Merchants and other third parties.

How Zootela works

By purchasing an E-Certificate, you making a purchase on the terms, restrictions and conditions associated with the Sponsored Deal. Your credit card will be charged. You are required to create an account in order to purchase any Sponsored Deal. This is required. The collected information will allow you to pay for your Sponsored Deal and provide you with easy access to print your Sponsored Deals.

Expiration of the E-Certificate

The paid portion of the E-Certificate expires one (1) year from the date the E-Certificate is issued unless otherwise noted on the E-Certificate, except to the extent applicable law. If applicable, this is a statutory provision which applies to the merchant and is the sole responsibility of the merchant to comply with such applicable laws and statutes which govern the merchant.

Merchant Responsibility

The issuer of the E-Certificate (Merchant) shall be fully responsible for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, liabilities, and costs suffered by you, caused in whole or in part by the Zootela markets the Sponsored Deal and acts an as agent in the E-Certificates on behalf of the Merchants. The merchant, as well as for any unclaimed property liability arising from unredeemed or partially redeemed E-Certificates.

By purchasing a Sponsored Deal, a customer acquires the right to print an E-Certificate issued by the participating non-affiliated Merchant and to use the E-Certificate according to its terms and the terms of this Agreement. Whether you choose to print and/or redeem the E-Certificate is within your sole control and at your sole discretion.

REFUND’s

Zootela offers you a refund if our deal doesn't live up to your expectations. Exemptions:If your deal expires before you've had a chance to use it

Changes to this Agreement

Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Zootela on the site Zootela.com or any E-Certificate, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Zootela. We may change the terms of this Agreement from time to time on a going-forward basis. Any modifications become effective immediately upon being posted to the Site. It is your sole responsibility to check the Site from time to time to view any such changes in the Agreement. If you do not agree to any changes, if and when such changes may be made to the Agreement, you must cease use of the Site and Services. Your use of Zootela.com and Services after any modifications to the Agreement indicates that you agree to such modified Agreement.

E-Certificate Purchases

The E-Certificate you purchase is redeemable for goods or services by the seller of such goods and services (the "Merchant"). The Merchant, not Zootela, is the seller of the goods and services and is solely responsible for redeeming any E-Certificate you purchase. Zootela (agent) sells the E-Certificate that can be used to redeem the goods or services from the Merchant.

You agree to pay all charges, and/or associated taxes charged to your account based on Zootela's fees, charges, and billing terms in effect as shown on Zootela. If you do not pay on time or if Zootela cannot charge your credit card or other payment method for any reason, Zootela reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the Site and your account. You are expressly agreeing that Zootela is permitted to bill you for the applicable Fees you may incur in connection with your use of this Site and the Fees will be billed to your credit card, PayPal, or other designated payment method. If you cancel your account at any time, you will not receive any refund. If you have a balance due on any account, you agree that Zootela may charge such unpaid Fees to your credit card or otherwise bill you for such unpaid Fees.

Termination

You agree that Zootela, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account or use of the Site, and remove any Information within the Site. Zootela may also in its discretion and at any time discontinue providing any services, or any part thereof, with or without notice.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zootela, officers, agents, partners, and employees, harmless from any claim, liability, loss, expense, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Information you submit, post, transmit, or make available through the Site, your use of and access to Zootela , your connection to the Site, your violation of the Terms of Use, including any violation of the user conduct section , or your violation of any rights of another.
